Meet Sarah
Integrative Health Coach

How This Work Was Born
This work didn’t start as a business.
It started as a lifeline.
For years, I did what so many women do—I tried to “do health right.” I chased balance, followed plans, pushed harder when I felt tired, and carried the quiet belief that if I could just be more disciplined, everything would fall into place.
But instead of freedom, I found burnout.
What ultimately changed my life wasn’t another program or perfect routine—it was learning to live in rhythm with God’s design. When I stopped striving and started stewarding, everything shifted. I lost more than 40 lbs. My health improved. My peace returned. And my faith became integrated into every part of my life—not just my quiet time.
Through Scripture, real food, intentional movement, emotional healing, rest, joy, and community, I began rebuilding my health from the inside out. Slowly. Sustainably. Faithfully.
That journey became the foundation for my coaching.
Today, I serve Christian women who are strong, capable, and deeply faithful—but exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Women who don’t need more information, but clear guidance, simple systems, and supportive accountability rooted in truth.
I believe health should feel life-giving, not heavy.
And I believe when women are healthy and whole, they are better equipped to live out their God-given calling.
This work exists to help women move out of survival mode and into strength, balance, and freedom—for the long haul.

The Vision
I envision a generation of Christian women living strong, balanced, and free—grounded in truth, at peace in their bodies, clear in their purpose, and equipped to steward their health in a way that honors God and serves others.
Women who are no longer stuck in survival mode, but living with confidence, resilience, and joy—fully present for the lives they’ve been called to lead
